Local Litigation

Litigation and enforcement proceedings arising from personal and corporate loans; real estate pledge and mortgage facilities. All business and transactions related to the sequestration of movable or real estate and their conversion into money. Due to the legal issues arising from the commercial or administrative disputes of the individual or corporate clients, regarding the sequestration of movable or real estate and their conversion into money, representing the clients at all levels of the Civil Court of Peace, Court of First Instance and Commercial Law (including the Enforcement Offices, and the Court of Cassation and the Council of State, follow-up of litigation).

International Litigation

Concerning the disputes regarding the receivables of the clients arising from their commercial contracts, representing the clients for their interests by means of mediation or negotiation in London, New York, Louisiana, Alabama, Mississippi, Illinois, Michigan, Paris, Amsterdam, Tokyo. Follow-up of lawsuits filed for and on behalf of the clients by local lawyers in those states listed above.

International Arbitrations

Representation of clients, in written and verbal form, in person or together with my American colleagues at all degrees, in their arbitrations before ICC (International Chamber of Commerce) and LCE (London Cotton Exchange).
