Commodities

We provide services for the preparation of contracts related to petroleum products and precious metals. Additionally, we offer mediation services for the purchase and sale of various petroleum products and precious metals, such as Jet fuel, diesel, Urea fertilizer, DAP Fertilizer, aluminum, and gold.

Local Litigation

We handle litigation and enforcement proceedings related to personal and corporate loans, real estate pledges, and mortgage facilities. Our services also cover all aspects of business and transactions involving the sequestration of movable or real estate and their conversion into money. We provide representation for individual or corporate clients facing legal issues arising from commercial or administrative disputes, representing them at all levels of the Civil Court of Peace, Court of First Instance, and Commercial Law. This includes the Enforcement Offices, Court of Cessation, and the Council of State, ensuring comprehensive follow-up of litigations.

International Litigation

We provide representation for clients involved in disputes arising from their commercial contracts, with a focus on resolving receivable issues. Our services include representing clients’ interests through mediation or negotiation in various global locations, including London, New York, Louisiana, Alabama, Mississippi, Illinois, Michigan, Paris, Amsterdam, and Tokyo. Additionally, we ensure proper follow-up of lawsuits filed by local lawyers on behalf of our clients in the aforementioned states.

International Arbitrations

I privately provide representation for clients in both written and verbal form, either on my own or in collaboration with my colleagues from the US. We handle arbitrations at all levels before the ICC (International Chamber of Commerce), Arbitration | London Metal Exchange and LCE (London Cotton Exchange). We also represent our clients in UNCITRAL Arbitrations(*).
